Happy Monday everyone! Just a short post today as I was up for a circuit class at 6am and then had back-to-back lectures at uni all day - exhausting! After the crazy Nicki Minaj colours from yesterday, I thought I would tone things down today with a nude colour. I was telling a friend at work yesterday all about this colour because nudes really suit her. It gave me the inspiration to pull it off the shelf (after not having worn it in so long), so Amanda...this one's for you!:
OPI Bubble Bath

A very light nude with a tinge of pink. In my swatches it shows up a little more white-ish than it is in reality. If you want a classic nude then this is definitely a necessity! The only problem is that it is really sheer (this is 3 coats here to get the more opaque, creamier shade) and it does take a while to dry so if you are in a rush, it's probably not the best option. That is, if you're after a more opaque look like I've done here. Alternatively, this is one of the colours that OPI has brought out in it's Gel Color range. This is the same deal as Shellac but was brought out recently by OPI. I'm still yet to trial it but I've seen it in salon windows and heard it's great. This would be a great option for those who aren't into bright colours and would prefer a nice, neutral mani that they don't have to wait ages for to dry!
